Barbara Newton

Barbara Newton has a long history with Neighbors Abroad. For decades, she worked closely on various Sister City initiatives with her late husband Jim Newton, a stalwart contributor to Neighbors Abroad for decades and the group's longtime treasurer. Barbara came to California from the East Coast in 1960. She has two sons, Jim and John, the latter of whom lives in Merida, Mexico. She is very involved with Trinity Church in Menlo Park and serves on the board of Adolescent Counseling.
